β¨ Reflecting on 2025, A Year of Strength, Progress & Community β¨
As we come to the end of 2025, weβre taking a moment to reflect on the highs and lows of the year. While there have been challenges, today we want to shine a light on the incredible positives, the moments of progress, compassion, and connection that have defined this year for SSNAP. π
π Some of our highlights from 2025:
πΆ 4,004 hours of Family Care Team presence on the neonatal unit, ensuring families receive the very best emotional and practical support.
π§ A brand-new Cerebral Function Monitor, helping clinicians provide advanced neurological care.
πΆπΆ A specialist Twin Pod for the transport team, enabling two babies to travel safely together.
πͺ An incredible Β£62,099.10 invested in specialist chairs, ensuring every cot space has a comfortable chair for kangaroo care and breastfeeding.
π Over Β£12,000 funded in training and study days for our dedicated NHS colleagues, keeping skills sharp and best practice at the heart of neonatal care.
π€± 69 Little SSNAPling classes held across Oxfordshire, helping neonatal families stay connected and supported beyond their time on the unit.
And these are just a handful of the many ways SSNAP has made a difference this year. None of it would be possible without you, our incredible supporters.
Whether you:
π give regularly
π made a one-off donation
πββοΈ ran the Oxford Half
πͺ jumped from a plane
π° or held a bake sale…
THANK YOU.
Your kindness, courage, and generosity ripple out into neonatal familiesβ lives in ways you may never fully see, but we see it every day. It changes everything.
Hereβs to hope, progress, and community in 2026. ππ
