We have had a special birthday visitor today! Luca will be 1 tomorrow

Luca was born at the JR at 25+1 weeks and spent around 6 weeks on the NICU before being transferred to Stoke Mandeville. In total Luca spent 116 days in hospital and went home in August.

Snacks for parents and NICU staff today have been kindly provided by Philip and Cerys to mark Luca’s first birthday.

Crissi will be sharing Luca’s story while encouraging parents to take a moment for themselves with a bite to eat
