"We are raising money to give something back for the care offered to us by both Northamptonshire Health Charity at Northampton General Hospital, and SSNAP at Oxford John Radcliffe Hospital last year, when our son was born at 28 weeks old gestation last year and was critically ill with a rare tumour. Against the odds and with some truly brilliant care, our son survived and after a month was well enough to be transferred back to Northampton General Hospital, where he was cared for equally brilliantly in the Gosset Ward SCBU for 2 months, after which he was well enough to come home".
